George Pierce Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Pierce of McAlester, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 15, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Mae Pierce (Merriman) and James F. Pierce; his wife Joy Faye Pierce; and his son-in-law David Heskett. He is survived by: his daughters, Jewell Fields (David) of High Hill, Norma Smith (Kim) of Las Vegas, Lucille Heskett of McAlester and Gale Stanfield (Kevin) of Buena Vista, Colorado; his grandchildren, Shellie Dean (Michael) of Edmond, Bryan Fields (Stephanie) of High Hill, Carla Albert (Mike) of Oklahoma City, Kristi Dryer (Joel) of Woodland Park, Krystal Jackson (Ray) of Silt and Kolby Pierce of Las Vegas, Nevada; his great grandchildren, Breanna Ragan, Loren Cox, Madyson Fields, J. D. Dryer, Judah Dryer and Gavin Albert; his great great grandchildren, Brynlee Sistrunk and Dollyn Sistrunk; and his brother-in-law Robert Mason of Inola. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
