He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest J. Stanford and Ovella Stanford (Teel); his wives, Mary C. Scott and Mary Stanford (Scott); his son Hollis Stanford, Jr.; his granddaughter Krisha Bowerman; and his siblings, Ernest D. Stanford, Tommy Stanford and Elsie Doverspike.
He is survived by: his children, Rowena Rosenbaum (Michael), Janet Walton, James Stanford (Kimber) and Eric Stanford; his grandchildren, Christina Echelle (Anthony), Rebecca Sanders (Jason), Michael Bowerman (Leira), Jay Bowerman (Michele), Sara Madry (Jason), LeeAnn Rowell, Whitney Stanford and Wyatt Stanford; his sister Reathea Alexander; and his cousin Brian Stanford. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren, numerous other cousins, nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
