He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy, Sr. Ragan and Gertie Ragan (Shelton); his siblings, Bob Ragan, Tad Ragan, Roy Ragan, Jr. and Dorothy Bocher; his son-in-law Roger Ross; and his great grandchild Gunnar White.
He is survived by: his wife Betty McKee; his sister Lorene Schumacher; his children, Ronnie Ragan (Pam), Kenny Ragan (Susie), Rodney Ragan (Michelle), Dee Dee Ross, Kathy Grimes (Les) and Dana Ragan; and his grandchildren, Justin Ragan, Shane Ragan, Krista Binam, Jamee Lemaster, Melissa McKee, Vernetta Shirley, Paige Henninger, Stoney Ragan and Ashtyn Kennedy. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
