He was predeceased by: his father Hubert Delano Kemp, Sr.; his wife Alice June Kemp (Ludlow); and his daughter Kalyn Denise Kemp. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Elaine Kemp (Baker) of McAlester; his son Hubert Delano Kemp III (Julia) of Sapulpa, OK; and his siblings, Kenny, Mike, Darla, Doris and Judy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
