He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Benjamin "Pete" and Marie Erma Brewster (Selman); his former wife Wilma Gale Thomas; his wife Gale Brewster; his great grandchild Laiken Dianne Oliver; and his brother Ben Brewster.
He is survived by: his wife Nita Herrick-Colpitts of Russellville, Arkansas; his children, Phyllis Hurlbut (Richard), Janice Abbasi (Ali) and Robert Brewster (Kim); his stepdaughter Alisa Johnson (Charles); his grandchildren, LaTrisha LeFlore (Thomas), Judi Gale Oliver (Ruben), Laura Moore (Beth Justice), Chelsye Brown (Price), J. T. Brewster, Colton Sepeda and Katie; and his siblings, Bill Brewster and Marie Farris (David). He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Savanna First Baptist Church (9418 US-69, Savanna, OK 74565).
