He was predeceased by: his father James Dale Burnett; and his grandparents, Jesse and Mildred Smith. He is survived by: his mother Debra Lee Smith Lambert (Smith) of McAlester, OK; his siblings, James Alexander of Centerpoint, OK and Amy Alexander of Centerpoint, OK; his daughter Tiffany Welch (Joshua) of Tulsa, OK; and his grandson Ryker Smith (Heather Whitehead) of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
