He was predeceased by: his father David Lee Starr; and his grandparents, Wayne Brooks, Bob, Josephine Starr, Jimmy Tomlinson, Sr. and Mary Boucherie.
He is survived by: his mother Patty Lin Starr (Tomlinson); his wife Tara Starr (Lawson); his children, Autumn Wright (Devon), Destinie Starr, Haley Mustin (Chris), Solar Starr, Jason Blevins, Jacob Shelton, Levi Shelton, Ashley Lawson, Harrison Logan, Braydon Lawson, Gavin Springer, James Stephens and Jasmine Myers; his grandchildren, Raedyn, Julian, Bentley, Jenson, Waylon, Legend, Jude, Lucy and Harper; his brothers, Ben Blankenship and Brian Blankenship; his uncles, Mark Tomlinson (Linger) and Jimmy Tomlinson, Jr.; his aunt Aneda Smith; his nieces and nephews, Dixie Short, Frankie Short, Gracie Tonihka, Lauren Myers, Blake Mickle, Austin Tonihka, Cinch Tonihka, Casey Myers and Roy Connor; and his sisters-in-law, Mona Thomason and Mary Lands. He is also survived by numerous other family members and a host of friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the North Side Assembly of God (3602 N George Nigh Expy, McAlester, OK 74501).
Although Jeremy's passing was sudden, through the gift of organ donation, he was able to give others the opportunity for life, leaving behind a lasting legacy of generosity and compassion.
