He was predeceased by: his mother Bertie "Inez" Heron Davis (Felkins); and his brothers, Juel and Danny. He is survived by: his wife Janis Ann Rodman of Oklahoma City; his siblings, Genevie Cox of Bethany, Odalie Wildes of Norman and Richard Felkins of Edmond; and his children, Cari Lynn Cochran of Ennis, Christopher Mark Chamberlain of The Woodlands and Kimberly Diane Hay of Edmond, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by his children, his grandchildren and even local school children.
