He is survived by: his wife Donna Adam DeLeo; his sister Dominica Loglisci; his children, John DeLeo, Jayne Stephens and Joyce DeLeo Splaine; his stepsons, Tracy and Todd Adam; his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Jessica, Cheryl, Nicholas, Taylor, Turner, Christian, Kayleigh, Charlene, Jeffrey, Tate and Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Toby, Briella, Austin, Kit, Harvey, Hattie and Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Southeast Hospice, McAlester, OK.
