He is survived by: his wife Trish Hendricks (Irvin); his children, Brandi Mathis (Kevin), Kelly Culberson (Tim) and Darryl Beauchamp (Amanda); his grandchildren, Trenton Bolding (Amanda), Sheale Capps (Tyler), Kaedon Mathis, Seth Flores (Lily), Katherine Culberson, Emma Culberson, Dylan Beauchamp and Weston Reed; his great grandchildren, Rynlee Bolding, Talon Capps, Addilynn Capps, Tate Capps, Oliver Flores and Cylas Flores; and his siblings, Sherry Giacomo (Danny), Tony Hendricks (Jackie), Jimmy Hendricks (Milene) and Kimberly Horan (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chaney Harkins Funeral Home Chapel (528 S 3rd St, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
