It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Lyle Bartheld of McAlester, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert Lyle and Patricia Bartheld (McCann); his brother Thomas Bartheld; his nephew Stephen McCann; and his pets, Dio and Jack.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Keaton Bartheld and Jordan Kooper Bartheld; the mother of his children Kaye Bartheld (Clark); and his siblings, William Bartheld (Susan) and Elizabeth Bartheld. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
