He is survived by: his parents, Junior Crabtree and Dana Crabtree of Canadian; his grandfather Charlie Dean of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his wife Julie Crabtree; his daughters, Elizabeth Crabtree (Julie), Ashlyn Crabtree of McAlester and Blaire Crabtree of McAlester; and his sisters, Ashley Jenkins of Saint Paul and Alicia Jenkins of Fort Smith, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
