She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Duvall and Zetta Duvall (Smith); her daughters, Vicki Joyce Evans and Sandra Lee Ellis; her brother Little Bill Duvall; and her great grandchild Branson Lee Kemp.

She is survived by: her husband George Douglas Evans; her sons, Kenneth Edward Ellis, Rocky Will Phillips and Ernest King Phillips; and her siblings, Charlene Adams, Eva Jean Weatherford, Linda Ruth Cassidy and Loreita Lou Briggs. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
