It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin Kyle Currey (McAlester, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Claudia E Currey, Catherine Housley and Johnny Waldron; his great-uncles, Larry James and Randy Jefferson; and his cousin Jody Jefferson.
He is survived by: his mother Tammy Currey of Bristow; his aunt Cricket (Claudia); his cousins, Brittany Talbott and Ryan Haney; his father Andrew Currey (Caroll) of Tulsa; his siblings, Heather (Tyler Chapman) of Jones and Bradley Currey (Lora) of Bixby; his nephew Harrison Chapman of Jones; his grandparents, Zelda Waldron of McAlester and Lynn Currey (Arlene) of Murfreesboro, TN.; his aunts and uncles, Angela Dickison (Matt) of Rio Linda, CA, Joe Waldron (Jackie) of Oklahoma City, Daniel Currey (Jennifer) of Murfreesboro, TN, Claudia L Currey, Rodney Willie, Marina Waldron and Jenifer Hartness (Matt) of McAlester; and his great-aunts, Julie Jefferson and Sylvia Robichaud.
In lieu of flowers family has requested donations to be made in his name to the Denver House in Tulsa.
