He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Hollis; his sister Lori Duckworth (Hollis); and his grandparents, Edward Brown, Emma Naomi Brown (Helterbrand), Lee Hollis and Maudi Hollis (Casey).
He is survived by: his mother Rebecca "Reba" Hollis (Brown) of McAlester, Oklahoma.; and his siblings, Terry Hollis (Brenda) of Rocky Boy, Montana, Mark Hollis (Jennifer) of Moose Lake, Glenda Franklin (Gary) of Lancaster, Tony Hollis of McAlester, Murl Hollis (Mary) of McAlester and Joe Hollis (Jayme) of McAlester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
