He was predeceased by: his grandparents, C. H., Edna Howard, Leonard and Ima Holden; and his granddaughter Izabella Rose Mendoza.
He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Howard (Holden); his children, Richard Howard, Kyle Howard, Lauren Mendoza and Chelsea Hawk (Cameron); his grandchildren, Blakelee, Karter, Gabbi, Valentina, Taylor, Grayson, Rilee and Jase; his father Leonard Howard, Sr.; and his siblings, Randy Howard (Tandy) and Gerri Elsing (Larry). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bishop Funeral Service and Crematory (110 S 3rd St, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bishop Chapel of Memories (110 S 3rd St, McAlester, OK 74501).
