He was predeceased by: his mother Ruthell Gibbins. He is survived by: his father Cecil Ray Gibbins of Coalgate, Oklahoma; his wife Frances Williams; his sons, Christopher Gibbins (Sandra) of Grand Prairie, Texas and Dustin Gibbins (Jennifer) of Grand Prairie, Texas; his stepchildren, James Cummins and Tiffany Cummins-O'Houlahan of McAlester, Oklahoma; his sisters, Sherry Hilderbrand, Glenda Devoll (James Devoll) of Grand Prairie, Texas and Rochelle Reese of Stringtown, Oklahoma; and his aunt Beverly Mabe (Jim) of McAlester, Oklahoma. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
