She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albert Packer and Vera Packer (Davis); her daughter Paula Lynn Scott; her siblings, Francis Packer, William Packer, Jr. and Margaret Packer; and her grandchildren, Kenneth Allan Dennis and Drake Edward Harmor.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas C. Cook; her children, Albert Lewis Harmor, Jr. (Phyllis) of McAlester and Dawn L. Harmor of Durango, CO; her grandchildren, Cody Harmor, Charles Dennis, Christopher Dennis, Matthew Dennis and Aurora Harmor; her great grandchildren, Charles Dennis, III, Beau Dennis, Jordan Dennis and Jayla Dennis; her sister Marilyn Kay Bruckman of Durango, CO; and her sister-in-law Frances Myrtle Packer of Durango, CO. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
