She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Mullins and Lucie Mullins (Dement); her son Levi Mullins; and her siblings, Kenneth, R. L., Doyle, Charles Mullins, Lolita Bennett, Leona Kroening, Dorothy Mullins, Pauline Curry and Novell Williams.
She is survived by: her son Elton Mullins; and her brother Paul Mullins (Marilynn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
