He is survived by: his mother Traci Nail McMurtrey of Bache, OK; his wife Leslie McMurtrey; his children, Allison Nail, Brighton McMurtrey, Llewyn McMurtrey and Miriam McMurtrey of McAlester; his parent Frankie Ray; his brothers, Travis Ray McMurtrey of Tulsa, OK and Nash McMurtrey (Jessica); his nieces and nephews, Callahan McMurtrey and Carson McMurtrey of Houston, TX; his sister-in-law Audra Jordan; his nieces, Natalie, Chloe and Alisha Jordan of McAlester, OK.; his grandfathers, Anthony Nail (Pa) of Bache, OK and Frank McMurtrey of Hartshorne, OK; his aunts and uncles, Leah, Glen Lafitte, Lori Sue, Brad Roan, Jeff and Tina McMurtrey; his cousin Joshua Levi Nail; his parents-in-law, Dewayne and Sharon Whitehead; and his grandfather-in-law Nana Barbara McPherson.
