He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida McCurtain (Payne) and Jackson McCurtain; his wife Ina McCurtain; his daughter Beverly Morris; and his brothers, Ambert McCurtain and Alex McCurtain.
He is survived by: his children, Glenda McCurtain, Sharla McCurtain Gonzalez, Marion McCurtain Jr. and Michelle McCurtain; and his grandchildren, Cody McCurtain, Krista McCurtain, Joshua Morris, Ashlyn McCurtain, Megan Walker, Ricky Morris, Tiffani McCurtain, Robin Gonzalez, Ashleigh Edgar, Matthew McCurtain, Timothy McCurtain, Michael Lewis and Bradly Lewis. He is also survived by twenty four great grandchildren; four great - great grandchildren; as well as numerous extended family and a host of friends.
