She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Tadlock; her daughter Vanessa Nichols (Anthony Lewis); her stepson Chaney Bloxham (Alettee); and her sister Kathy Moore (Paul). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
