She is survived by: her sons, James Scott Kerl and Jeff Lawrence Kerl (Karen); her grandchildren, Stephen, Katherine and Emma; her brothers, Ken and Larry Heimbuch; her siblings' children, Michelle, Lisa and David; and her goddaughter Colleen O'Brien.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chaney-Harkins Funeral Home (528 S 3rd St, McAlester, OK 74501).
