She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Mouser (Stanford) and Rev. Melvin Mouser; her husband Charles Franklin Taylor, Sr.; her daughter Toni Lavon Sheppard; and her siblings, Logan Mouser, Carl Mouser, Fred Mouser, Jo Beth Mouser and Wanda Demmitt.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Phillips (Jimmy) of McAlester and Charles F. Taylor, Jr. of Sayre; her grandchildren, Orrin Sheppard, Heather Donaldson, Michelle Cochrane (Sean) and Logan Phillips (Rendi); her great grandchildren, Hayden Cochrane, Hailey Cochrane, Ashton Phillips, Sebastian Phillips, Skylar Phillips, Tyler Sheppard, Lucas Sheppard, Kali Sheppard, Cooper Sheppard, Marcus Enright and Lily Donaldson; and her brother Jack Mouser (Darlene) of Krebs. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
