He is survived by: his daughters, Norma Diane Bates (Dee) and Diane B. Pulse; his son-in-law Robert Pulse of Canadian, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Brian Keith Pulse, Georgia, Karen Pulse, Kelly Kathleen and Ondek of Hawaii; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn McKenzie Pulse of Atlanta, Georgia, Elianna Jean Bograd of Raleigh and Mira Rose Bograd; and his children, Richard F. and Jannet R. Southby of Washington, DC..
