He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Blevins; his children, Dusty, Michelle (DeWayne), Jonathon, Marti (Austin), Nickie (David) and Jennifer (Rick); his siblings, Ronnie (Debbie), Greg (Leslie), Kathy, Donna, Brenda (Paul) and Rhonda (Greg); and his close friend Whitney Clifton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
