He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Johnson, Sharon Franks of Texas, Becky Keel of Texas, Karen Johnston of Kiowa, Tammy Blaze of Texas and Phillip Reed of McAlester; and his siblings' children, Christie Kiehl, Brent Reed, Shawn Painter, Tyler Marquiez and Michael ThinElk.
