He is survived by: his fiancée Patricia Lynn Needham; his son Gregory James Zummer (Kerry) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kandace Zummer and Katie Ledbetter of Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Everly Ledbetter, Kaiden Ledbetter and Hyde Simpson of Kentucky; his brother Monty Leo; his sister-in-law Melanie Phillips; his sister Reaetta Maria; and his brother-in-law Steve Simpson.
