He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Bellamy and Edna Bellamy; his former wife Margaret Bellamy (Peggy); and his brothers, James Henry, Dwight, Ralph and Gus Ed.
He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Taylor (Peggy); his children, Jane (Riley Seals), Janet (John Mikos), Jean (Tim Cameron), Tamara and Tony; his wife Tennie Belle; and his grandchildren, Meagan (Scott McGowen), Morgan (Brayden Brumley), Carson Seals, Christian, Irina Mikos, J. D. (Jayci Cameron), Jarrod Cameron, Calli Morris (William Markham), Corbin Morris, Kasey (Rusty Trammell) and Mathew (Bailey Harmon). He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
