She is survived by: her children, Oscar Joe Rhone Jr. (Robbin), Lenard Rhone (Melissa Black) and Shelis Rhone-Moore (Charles); her siblings, Richard Watlington, Mae Wilson (late Carl Wilson), Betty Coleman and Roberta Watlington; her grandchildren, Roderick Miller, De'Lante Miller, Stephanie Shaw, Shannon Rhone, DeAngelo Rhone, Madisyn Rhone, Allisyn Rhone, Tre Rhone, Moses Moore, Xavier Moore LeNae Rhone (Morgan Richards), Brenae Rhone and Ricketta Moore; and her great grandchildren, Kash Miller, Alize Ricketta Nicole Miller and De'Zavion Trae'Shaun Miller.
A rosary was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Chaney-Harkins Funeral Home (528 S 3rd St, McAlester, OK 74501). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dream City Church (124 V Hubert Smith Dr, McAlester, OK 74501).
