He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Dan and Minnie Dan (Walls); and his siblings, Marcella Dan, Ella Gilyard, Vickie Escoe, Anita Dan and Ray Dan.

He is survived by: his siblings, Homer Dan (Esther) of Checotah, Michael Dan (Vickie) of Broken Arrow, Willie Dan, Jr. (LaNorma) of Checotah and Tema Warrior (Duane) of Checotah; and his close friends, David Moham, La Conia Hughes and Michael Carter.
