He is survived by: his wife Viola Allen of Devine, TX; his children, William Allen (Donna) of Telephone, TX, Linda McAfee (Danny) of McAlester, OK and Sandra Richey (Carl) of Colcord, OK; his grandchildren, Clay Spruce (Crystal) of Yukon, OK, Jayme Spruce-Clifton of McAlester, OK, Brooke Hall of Midland, TX, Kyle Allen (Linsey) of Edmond, OK, Lance McAfee (Sierra) of McAlester, OK, Victoria Allen of Connecticut, Devon Richey (Alé) of Mission, TX, Emily Richey of McLoud, OK, Jathaniel Richey of Colcord, OK and Cameron Allen of Durant, OK; and his sisters, Carol Underwood, Rosemary Nichols and Paula Tilman. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
