He is survived by: his former wife Alice Bray; his stepchildren, David, Bubba and Cheryl; his former wife Kay Zukosky; his stepchildren, Tammy, Phillip, Chris and Brandon; his wife Debbie Zike; his stepchildren, Charity, Christopher and Megan; his siblings, Dr. Leslie Robert Smith (Dorothy) of McAlester and Bettie Rahmon (Mohamed); and his siblings' children, Marty Briggs (Michiko), John Smith (Mindy) and Leah. He is also survived by other nephews, nieces and cousins.
