He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rena Pate, Kensel and Dortha Lee Tucker. He is survived by: his father Robert Pate, Sr.; his stepmother Terry Pate; his mother Jennifer L. Tarrant (Tucker); his brothers, Rickey Pate (Tina Ramsey) and Rodger Pate; his aunts, Nancy McCallie (Jim) and Lahoma Hotubbee; his uncle Keith Tucker (Carla); and his siblings' children, Isabelle Caruso, Priscilla Kirkes (Austin), Loni Jackson and Ashton Pate. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews.
