With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella Louise Owens of McAlester, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 2, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hosie Albert Teague and Wanda Mae Teague (Huggins); and her siblings, Troy Teague, Ralph Teague, Leroy Teague (Jean) and Vinnie Teague.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry C. Owens; her children, David Nichols (Paula), Lora Gipson, Christopher Hogle and Steven Nichols (Debbie); her grandchildren, Chris Nichols (Megan), Michael Gipson, Sawer Nichols, Megan Nichols and Katelin Gipson; her great grandchildren, Adam Gipson, Jr., Jennifer Gipson and Jayden Gipson; and her siblings, Kenneth Teague (Mary), Bill Teague (Sandra), Goldie Treadway and Julie Treadway (David). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
