He is survived by: his mother Patricia Fields (Watson); his spouse Chrystal Hampton; his son Amari Kordell Smith (Mother Patricia Ann Fields) of McAlester, OK; his siblings, Darry Eugene Fields Sr. of Madill, OK, Jerome Craig Fields of Dickson, OK, Christopher Lee Fields of Madill, OK and Patricia Fields Porter (Lonnie) of Madill, OK; and his aunts and uncles, Eunice Gardner of Truth, Helen Gordon (Isiah) of Ardmore, OK, Alveree Adair of Durant, OK, Iona Smith of Madill, OK, Estina Seals of Madill, OK, Mary Beth Watson of Altus, OK, Sue Byers of Lawton, OK, Trenton, Louie Don Hebert of Madill, OK and Donald Ray Watson of Madill, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends.
