He is survived by: his wife Grace Elizabeth "Bettye" Floyd Curtis; his children, Kellye Elizabeth Curtis Trask (Grover) of Sarasota, Florida, Thomas Anthony Curtis of McAlester and Kristina Mae Curtis Wylie (Aaron) of Broken Arrow; and his grandchildren, Tara Elizabeth Trask of Newry, Andrew William Trask (Amber) of Oxford, Taylor Elizabeth Wylie of Broken Arrow and Declan Jace Wylie of Broken Arrow.
