He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ramsey and Lois Ramsey (Ezell); and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Cox and Clifford Martin. He is survived by: his siblings, Ramona James (Gerry), Rebecca Cox, Pat Martin and David H. Ramsey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
