He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Electra Maxine Fagalde (Rider); his children, Nulie Wanell Douglas and Robert James Douglas; his father Orville Vernon Fagalde; his nephew Jesse Pierce; his parents-in-law, Melvin Stacey Pierce and Thelma Albuta Pierce (Winfrey); and his siblings-in-law, Bob Pierce and Doris Strausbaugh (Pierce).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Fagalde (Pierce); his grandchildren, Eryce Constantike, Dylan James Douglas, Blake Andrew Douglas and Hailey Williams; his brother Richard Lee (Susan Gayle Fagalde); his nephew Andrew Fagalde; and his niece Jennifer Phillips (Fagalde). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
