It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Whan Clark of McAlester, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Willie Lee Clark, Sr.; his daughter LaShawn Clark; his siblings, Sammie Clark, Freddie Clark, Ray Charles Clark and Doris Clark; his uncle Willie B. Alexander; and his grandmother Betty June Ware.
He is survived by: his mother Carlous Lee Clark (Claiborne) of McAlester; his children, Ajah Clark of Oklahoma City, Rashad Clark of Oklahoma City, Destin Richardson of Oklahoma City and Diondra Clark of Muskogee; his siblings, Wesley Perkins of Tulsa, Willie Lee Clark, Jr. of Independence, Carla Collins of California and Cheryl; his uncle Henry Cass of California; and his aunts, Clowtheial Maten of Port Allen, Carolyn Johnson and Brenda Williams of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
