It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Curtis Jr. (McAlester, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Curtis and William Sr. Curtis; and his siblings, Ophelia Hamilton, Rufus, Theodore, Alfonzo, Robert and Billy Joe (Lyon).
He is survived by: his wife Polly Curtis (Walker); his children, Sherron (Frank Olivarez), Darryl (Victoria Curtis), Carmen Curtis and Barry (Val Curtis); his grandchildren, Vanessa, Javier, Zachary, Ashley and Jenna; and his sisters, Jo Ann Hughes of St. Louis and Emma Watts of Eufaula. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
