He is survived by: his brother Dewayne (Cathy Maynard); his siblings' children, Nick and Stephanie Nichols; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany and Blake; his niece Adriana Maynard; his great-niece Mia; his siblings' children, Cobey and Alex Maynard; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Margaret, Madelin, Casey, Hannah Maynard, Cayne and Danyelle Maynard; his sons, Oliver and Jaxyn; his brother Frank (Cyndi Maynard); his siblings' children, Justin, Dana Maynard, Kristen, Wayne Donaldson, Haley Gilbreath, Chris Gilbreath, Jacob Michael, Geri Michael and Frankie Jo Maynard; his sister Donna (Gary Daniels); his siblings' children, Michael, Robert, Frankie Womack and Samantha Griebel; Rachel, Brandon, Caleb and Josh. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
