She is survived by: her husband Don Lewis; her children, Dr. Larry Lewis (Denise) of McAlester, Cathy Freeman of Tulsa and Mark Lewis (Laura) of Tulsa; her grandchildren, Brian Lewis (Jennifer), Amy Kline (Ben), Audrey Freeman, Dr. David Freeman (Hilary), Anne Plotnikova (Vlad), John Lewis and Isabella Lewis; her great grandchildren, Regan Taylor (Austin), Carter Lewis, Ethan Hearod, Brinley Lewis, Kaison Kline, Madeline Freeman and George Freeman; her great great grandchild Adler Taylor; her brother-in-law Richard Lewis (Maryann); her niece Janice Brown; and her nephews, Mike Raulston and Bruce Raulston. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
