He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Wayne Patton (Carla Patton) and Ramona (McCarty); his wife Cheyenne Patton; his children, Barrett, Colt, Trigger and Remington; his sister Bryar Turney; his grandparents, Susa Johnson and Jack Fomby; his siblings-in-law, Sierra and Mason Myers; his father-in-law Rod Sumner; and his sibling's children, Ava Myers and Henry Parent. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
