She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tackett and Mary Vasquez Tackett; her brother Kenneth Tackett; her daughter-in-law Shawna Hughes; and her brother-in-law Phil Wortham.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hughes; her children, Kyle Hughes, Klyne Hughes and Karla Williams (Scott) of Eufaula, Oklahoma; her siblings, Howard Tackett (Mary) of Gordonville, Texas and Shirley Wortham of Van Alystyne, Texas; her grandchildren, Taylor Donaldson, Rachel Donaldson, Brantley Hughes (Lacey) and Faith Hughes; her great grandchild Walker Hughes; and her grandchildren, Joshua Williams (Gina), Jennifer Spangler (Jason) and Jesse Miller (Nikki). She is also survived by great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
