He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Morris and Rosie Almida Morris; his son Ron Morris; and his sisters, Lucille Staggs, Jo Ann Sisk and Peggy Whisenhunt.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Morris of Garvin, OK; his children, David Morris, Jason Morris (Tamara) and Chassidy Morris; his stepchildren, Edgar Bryant (Amanda), Julie Capps and Kimberly Goodman (Jonas); and his siblings, Buddy Morris (Linda), Vic Morris, Francis Cunningham and Ethel Rushing. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews.
