He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra White of McCurtain, OK.; his children, Sarah Parks (Heath) of Poteau, OK, Candice Kyllingstad (John) of McCurtain, OK and Aaron Hendrix (Katie) of Schertz, TX.; his grandchildren, Tyler Davis, Jessi Parks, James Thompson, Cole Thompson, Patience Thompson, Annabelle Hendrix, Gage Kyllingstad and Ledger Kyllingstad; his great grandchildren, Hunter Jones, Hadley Smith, Roark Davis, Hayden Davis and Hendrix Davis; and his brother Roger Hendrix (Ruth) of Poteau, OK.
