He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Arlene Waggoner (Stephenson); his brother William Howard Waggoner Jr.; and his daughter Melissa Bryce. He is survived by: his wife Betty Waggoner; his daughters, Monica Schmidlkofer (Frank) of Tecumseh, Oklahoma and Meredith Jones (Gary) of Roff, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Emily, Wyatt, Ethan and Aaron; and his great grandchildren, Cordelia, Piper, Charlotte, Josalyn, Jill, Hendrix, Waylon, Silas, Baylor, Bryson and Baylee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (123 S 9th St, McLoud, OK 74851).
