She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred LaVaughn Straw and Marguerite Straw (Kennedy); her aunt Florence Frazier (Brian Geist); her sister Wava Fern Guinn; and her brother-in-law Jacky.
She is survived by: her husband Brian J. Geist; her daughters, Deanna Moore (Kevin), Shawn Sprouse (Shane) and Danielle Morphew (Robert); her grandchildren, Nicole Collins (Tim), Dale Moore (Shai), Kyle Moore, Shane Tackett (Amariah), Joel Tackett, Chad Tackett (Katelyn), Shelby Beal (Bo) and Brielle Cook (Aaron); and her brother Jimmie Straw. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
