He was predeceased by: his parents, C. J. "Cassy" Blochowiak and Mary Blochowiak (Klish); and his brothers, Bill and Ed. He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Blochowiak; his children, Richard Blochowiak (Celeste) of Edmond, Jeffrey Blochowiak (Marcey) of McLoud and Lesley Knowles (Rodney) of Mustang; his granddaughter Hannah Blochowiak of Los Angeles, CA; and his siblings, Mary Ann Blochowiak of Edmond and Charles Blochowiak of Ponca City. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Benedict Catholic Church (632 N Kickapoo Ave, Shawnee, OK 74801).
